Thank you for your very helpful contribution in moving forward the work we are doing in Fife. I feel we done more in the few months with your facilitation than we’ve managed in the whole 10 years I’ve been here!

I'd just like to say thank you for taking us through an amazing event last week, the team learned so much and we have all commented on how enjoyable and valuable the experience was. We also really appreciated just how easy you made it for us to fly in, safely sail a maxi-ketch two days, and then fly out. It takes an enormous amount of background organisation to make something like this run so smoothly, so our compliments on your professionalism and attention to detail. Please also pass on our thanks to the Italian crew, they did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and sharing their world with us.
As a next step we plan to discuss the key learnings for each of us at our next team meeting and start to explore changing the way we work and interact, both with each other and with other teams, and how we will measure our success in this. It's very important to me that we use the gifts presented to us last week and ensure the event is something we grow from so we can return the investment made in each of us.

On behalf of myself and *C*, we did want to say thanks for all of the help and assistance with the workshops. The feedback we got and continue to get has been excellent. I don't think we expected them to go just as well, nor to get the level of engagement and commitment we got. Set up, workbooks, voting and pen drives all went down really well. *T*, *A* and *C* are also very please with the response and we are actually looking into holding 2 similar sessions for each region next year - so a big thanks to you, Pamela and Gillian.
